Delete your Contour account

Contour – Face Yoga Exercise is published by Vivid Walks Ltd.

Option 1: In the app (instant)

1. Open Contour.
2. Tap the account icon at the top right of the home screen.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and data are deleted straight away.

Option 2: By email

If you no longer have the app, email hello@contourplan.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

Deleting some of your data

To delete specific data without deleting your account, email hello@contourplan.com and tell us what you would like removed.

What is deleted

Your account, your profile (name, email address, age, gender, goals and onboarding answers), your workout progress, and the analytics data linked to your account.

What is kept

Records of purchases and subscriptions, which Apple, Google and our subscription provider (RevenueCat) keep for tax and accounting purposes as required by law.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. To stop being charged, cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
